Working within Customer Success, you’ll own product adoption across Litera’s customer base - from scalable, one-to-many programs to hands-on partnership with strategic accounts - demonstrating, training, advising, and measuring so customers can prove the ROI they’re getting and choose to stay and grow with us. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where your ability to translate technical capabilities into business value, build champions inside firms, and influence how firms use data and intelligence will directly drive retention and expansion. If you’re energized by helping customers succeed and making complex technology feel simple, this is your opportunity.\nWhat You’ll Deliver\nDrive product adoption across a tiered customer model - from scalable digital programs to hands-on strategic account partnerships - ensuring every customer gets the engagement that fits their needs.\nDeliver tailored demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and training (Product 101s, refresher training, onboarding calls) that connect product capabilities to each firm’s goals and get users productive quickly.\nPartner with Customer Success Managers on high-touch accounts to plan adoption strategy, run health checks benchmarked against peers, and support renewal and expansion conversations.\nLead the product-value portion of Quarterly Business Reviews and roadmap sessions - acting as a trusted advisor on each firm’s tech stack and AI strategy.\nDevelop account-specific success plans and use cases that tie every engagement to measurable adoption and ROI, and build champions and advocates within firms to drive engagement and referrals.\nGather feedback directly from users and share insights with Product teams to shape future direction - influencing how firms use data and intelligence to win and grow client relationships.\nLitera is committed to providing reasonable accommodations throughout the recruitment process. If you need an accommodation, please let us know and we’ll work with you to meet your needs.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nMust-Haves:\n2+ years of experience in solutions consulting, customer success, product adoption, or a similar client-facing advisory role.\nExperience delivering training and presentations to audiences ranging from end users to senior leadership.\nStrong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into value-based discussions.\nHighly adaptable and inquisitive, with a curiosity to understand workflows you haven’t seen before.\nKeen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across accounts and tiers.\nTechnically competent with an interest and passion for ongoing learning.\nNice to Haves:\nPrior experience working with Knowledge Management, Marketing, or Business Development teams at law firms.\nBackground in legal technology, professional services, or enterprise SaaS environments.\nExperience running health checks, QBRs, or adoption-focused business reviews for customers.\nAbility to teach and tell a story in a concise, compelling way that resonates with both end users and firm leadership.\nGreat candidates don’t check every box. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications.
