If you thrive at the intersection of technology and storytelling, this is your stage.\nWhat You’ll Deliver\nDrive deal conversion by leading a customer-centric demonstration strategy that builds buyer confidence and accelerates pipeline velocity.\nOwn the full pre-sales journey - from initial demo through Proof of Concept - delivering a seamless, high-impact evaluation experience.\nTranslate complex technical capabilities into compelling, value-driven narratives tailored to C-suite executives, influencers, and end users.\nPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to shape customer experiences that differentiate Litera in the market.\n Continuously sharpen demo effectiveness, messaging, and engagement by building deep market, product, and customer insight.\nEnsure smooth handoffs from pre-sales to post-sale delivery, setting customers up for long-term success from day one.\nDevelop and leverage authentic customer stories that strengthen Litera’s credibility and accelerate new opportunities.\nLitera is committed to providing reasonable accommodations throughout the recruitment process. If you need an accommodation, please let us know and we’ll work with you to meet your needs.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nMust-Haves:\n3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or a similar pre-sales role\nProven ability to navigate complex organizations and multi-layered decision-making processes Demonstrated credibility as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leaders within large, global organizations\nStrong interest in learning and evangelizing technology solutions that address complex business challenges\nHighly organized with a collaborative mindset and a strong bias for execution\nProficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Azure, and AI-driven tools\nNice to Haves:\nExperience in the legal technology or professional services industry\nFamiliarity with enterprise SaaS sales cycles and procurement processes\nTrack record of supporting complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles exceeding six figures\nExperience with demo automation tools or interactive product experience platforms\nGreat candidates don’t check every box.
