If you need an accommodation at any point, please let us know and we’ll work with you.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nMust-Haves\n8+ years of professional experience implementing full-stack solutions to real business problems.\nAt least 1 year of experience leading a team of 2+ engineers.\nExpert-level skills in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Git, Azure DevOps, NuGet, NPM, and SonarQube.\nStrong command of software development principles and design patterns, including object-oriented design, SOLID, TDD, KISS, and DRY.\nExcellent understanding of at least one major SPA/SSR framework, such as React, Next, Vue, Nuxt, Angular, or Svelte.\nExcellent written, verbal, and video-based communication skills for working across a distributed team.\nNice to Haves\nSolid understanding of Scrum practices and the ability to keep a team focused on delivering value on time.\nStrong team player who gives and receives feedback openly.\nEnjoyment of brainstorming product and technical ideas.\nA willingness to learn, improve your craft, and share knowledge with others.\nGreat candidates don’t check every box. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs.
