You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession.\nWhat You'll Deliver\nLead strategic R&D projects and integrations from inception through completion\nBuild and manage integrated project plans that align teams around clear ownership and timelines\nOwn program management for active R&D integrations - planning, tracking, reporting, and facilitation\nDrive progress on our RCDOs (OKRs), ensuring data quality, visibility, and risk awareness across leadership\nIdentify and manage critical dependencies before they threaten delivery\nProactively manage risk, escalating issues to leadership when needed\nContinuously assess project health and adjust plans to keep objectives on track\nBring clarity and structure to ambiguous, fast-moving initiatives across cross-functional teams\nWe're committed to creating an inclusive environment. If you need accommodations at any point in the process or in the role, we're here to support you.\nWhat You'll Bring\nMust-Haves:\n3-5 years of project/program management experience in a technology environment\nExperience supporting integration projects\nDemonstrated experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, etc.)\nExperience leading technical projects in infrastructure, agile software development, or product development\nExcellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills across stakeholder levels\nStrong ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment\nNice to Haves:\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams\nHigh attention to detail with strong facilitation and organizational skills\nA genuine curiosity and drive to keep learning\nHands-on experience with GenAI tools and an eagerness to adopt new technology\nWe know great candidates don't always check every box. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs.
