In this role, you will lead complex customer implementations, drive operational excellence, and develop scalable processes that enable billions in transactions for the most innovative fintechs and digital banks.\nThis position offers a unique vantage point across our business from product and engineering to compliance and operations allowing you to tackle meaningful challenges while making a tangible impact.\nIn this role, you will coordinate a wide range of activities from implementing customer requirements and configuring the software to conducting technical setup and integration support with the ultimate goal of getting the customer’s solution live as quickly as possible, driving fast Time to Revenue (TTR) and provide great customer experience. You will operate at the intersection of our customers, internal teams, and third-party partners, executing progress across multiple project streams simultaneously. You will launch new programs, ensure successful delivery of complex implementations, and build the foundation for deep, long-lasting customer relationships. This role blends customer-facing responsibilities with operational ownership, giving you the opportunity to optimize key workflows, coordinate across customers, partners, and deliver results at scale.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDrive full-cycle customer implementations, coordinating requirements, configurations, integrations to deliver solutions on time, maximize TTR, and delight customers.\nActively drive implementation progress by removing blockers, executing project plans, and delivering results efficiently, with a strong bias toward action and outcomes.\nProactively evaluate customer challenges and risks, applying problem-solving skills to remove barriers and work cross functionally to optimize the integration.\nExecute and support technical deliverables and integrations with our network and issuer partners.\nProvide domain expertise and insights to guide internal decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvements.\nDevelop deep expertise in card issuance and processing, becoming a trusted advisor to both customers, partners, and internal teams.\nBuild strong, lasting relationships with customers and serve as their trusted advisor.\nBecome a Lithic product expert, capable of demonstrating and articulating the capabilities of our platform with confidence and clarity. [redacted]\n\n3-5 years of experience in FinTech, particularly in payments, card issuance, or financial services technologies.\nExcellent communication skills: able to translate technical information into clear business language to various stake holders.\nStrong presentation skills: comfortable and confident presenting to both internal and external, technical and non-technical stake holders.\nStrong product sense, concept explanation, and technical acumen: familiarity with APIs and technical concepts.\nStrong project/program management experience: proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, identifying risks, and ensuring progress toward measurable results.\nUnderstanding of system integrations and technical concepts, with the ability to translate them into clear, actionable insights for customers.\nCustomer-focused mindset: passionate about solving problems and delivering exceptional experiences.\nCollaborate effectively across engineering, product, and partnership teams to deliver high-impact integrations and solutions.\nExperience working in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results.\nThe annual US salary range for this role is $95,000 - $140,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. \nThis is a hybrid position. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance to our NYC office in Soho.
