Headquartered in New York, we're building the last legal platform our customers will ever need.\nAbout the Role\n Litify is building an AI Call Intelligence suite that turns everyday client and case conversations into structured, usable work product - and, increasingly, AI voice agents that can hold those conversations themselves. This Senior Product Manager will own that product line end to end: how calls are captured, transcribed, and summarized; how insight lands in the workflows our clients already run; and how inbound and outbound voice agents and the agentic workflows behind them take real work off our clients' plates. The role carries full ownership of client engagement, market discovery, backlog health, and release execution.\nProfile Summary\n We're looking for a Senior PM with 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years building or managing AI-powered products. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong operational discipline, thrives in cross-functional settings, and can confidently engage with clients, partners, and internal teams to drive AI initiatives from concept through launch. Experience with voice, conversational, or agentic AI is a strong plus, as is a background in legal or legal tech.\nCore Responsibilities:\nOwn the end-to-end lifecycle for Litify's AI Call Intelligence products.\nSet the roadmap for call capture, transcription, and AI-generated summaries, balancing accuracy, speed, and cost.\nDefine how conversational insight lands in the platform - case records, intake qualification, follow-up tasks, and other CRM activity.\nShip AI voice agents for inbound and outbound use cases.\nOwn the agentic workflows those calls trigger, along with the guardrails and evaluation standards for agent behavior.\nBuild the QA and coaching experience: call scoring, topic detection, signals libraries, and manager review tooling.\nLead client discovery and beta programs, and champion the voice of the customer with client-facing teams.\nRun market and competitive research to inform new opportunities and commercialization strategy.\nTranslate strategy into a prioritized backlog and partner with engineering, design, data science, and GTM to ship it.\nDrive adoption and measure success through data-driven insights.\nRequired Experience & Skills:\n5+ years in product management within B2B SaaS or workflow automation platforms.\n2+ years managing AI, ML, or data-intensive products.\nProven success leading cross-functional delivery and working directly with clients or external partners.\nExperience shipping products built on unstructured or probabilistic data, including setting quality bars and designing for model error.\nHands-on experience with conversational or agentic AI - voice or chat agents, tool-calling and orchestration, dialog design, or evaluating autonomous systems in production.\nExperience translating business goals into technical execution.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong organizational discipline and ability to handle multiple priorities in parallel.\nBonus Points:\nExperience with Salesforce or Salesforce-native applications.\nExperience with telephony, VoIP, or contact center platforms.\nFamiliarity with speech-to-text, speaker diarization, or conversation analytics tooling.\nExperience with voice agent or conversational AI frameworks and real-time speech pipelines.\nBackground in legal or legal tech, fintech, or other complex operational domains.\nFamiliarity with LLMs, document intelligence, or data extraction workflows.\nReporting Line: Reports to Director, AI Product & Commercialization\nLocation: Remote or hybrid\nSeniority Level: Senior IC with cross-functional leadership influence\nDisclosure:\nThe estimated base salary pay range for this role is $140,000-155,000.
