This role is central to our AI-first development approach, building and maintaining Salesforce solutions using modern development tools and AI-assisted workflows. You will work within VS Code using Claude Code and other AI agents to develop, test, and deploy Salesforce customizations across our go-to-market systems. \nCore Responsibilities \nDevelop and maintain Salesforce customizations (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, triggers) across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated GTM systems \nWork within VS Code using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development velocity \nFollow established pre-flight plans and governance frameworks that guide AI agent behavior during development \nManage code through GitHub, including branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and version control best practices \nBuild and configure Agentforce solutions to automate GTM workflows \nDevelop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and adjacent tools (Planhat, ZoomInfo, Pendo, EverStage, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CPQ) \nExecute deployments through structured staging, smoke testing, and production release processes \nWrite unit tests and maintain code coverage standards \nTroubleshoot and resolve complex system issues across the Salesforce ecosystem \nDocument solutions, configurations, and technical decisions for team knowledge sharing \nRequired Qualifications \n3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows) \nStrong proficiency in VS Code as a primary development environment \nExperience with Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development \nDemonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Copilot, or similar) \nSalesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II preferred) \nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices for Salesforce \nStrong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and governor limits \nPreferred Qualifications \nExperience with Salesforce Agentforce or Einstein AI features \nFamiliarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or CPQ \nExperience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms via APIs and middleware \nPersonal AI/coding projects demonstrable via GitHub \nSalesforce Agent or AI certification \nExperience working in a lean, fast-moving team environment \nTechnical Environment \nDevelopment: VS Code, Claude Code, GitHub, Salesforce CLI (sf/sfdx) \nPlatform: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CPQ \nIntegrations: Planhat, ZoomInfo, Pendo, EverStage, Calendly \nReporting: Tableau \nAI/Automation: Claude Code, Agentforce, AI agents in VS Code \nWhat Sets This Role Apart \nThis is not a traditional Salesforce admin or config-heavy role.
