The role involves providing L2/L3 production support, implementing functional enhancements, and driving continuous improvements across Oracle EBS Financials and Procurement modules. The consultant will support global business users across multiple regions and time zones, ensuring system stability and efficient business operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nAMS Support and Operations : \n\n- Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle EBS modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CM, E-Business Tax (eBTax), and Purchasing (PO).\n\n- Manage incidents, service requests, root cause analysis, and permanent resolutions.\n\n- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities across global entities.\n\n- Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL-based AMS processes.\n\nGlobal Business Support : \n\n- Act as a functional subject matter expert for business users across North America, the US, EMEA, Japan, and China.\n\n- Coordinate with regional teams to resolve functional issues related to accounting, taxation, procure-to-pay (P2P), and cash management.\n\n- Work rotational shifts to provide coverage across global business hours and participate in rotational on-call support during weekends and holidays.\n\nEnhancements and Continuous Improvement : \n\n- Analyze change requests, assess business impact, and recommend suitable functional solutions.\n\n- Support minor enhancements, configuration changes, and process improvements.\n\n- Maintain functional documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge articles.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration : \n\n- Collaborate with technical teams responsible for RICEW components to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.\n\n- Support integrations with banking systems, tax engines, and third-party applications.\n\n- Assist with data reconciliation, audit requirements, and compliance activities.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications : \n\n- Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle EBS Functional Consulting or Application Managed Services.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.\n\nTech Stack : \n\n- General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Projects Accounting (PA), Cash Management (CM), E-Business Tax (eBTax), Purchasing (PO).\n\n- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Subledger Accounting (SLA).\n\n- Ability to perform data analysis, reconciliation, and functional troubleshooting.\n\n- Understanding of RICEW components and basic SQL for troubleshooting and data validation.\n\n- Familiarity with MOAC, AOL, and Oracle security configurations.\n\n- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Ability to work in a 24x7 global AMS environment, including rotational shifts and on-call support.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- Exposure to Oracle Trade Management, including pricing, claims, and accruals.\n\n- Knowledge of tax configurations across different regions.\n\n- Familiarity with packages such as Pagero.\n\n- Oracle Financials certification.\n\nEducation : A degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field\nSkills\nOracle EBS, Oracle Financials, R12, Production Support, Oracle
