Команда: 1 iOS, 1 Android, 3 FE, 3 BE, 2 QA

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • руководить командой разработчиков, участвовать в их развитии, ставить цели;
  • формировать план разработки и достигать целей компании;
  • принимать архитектурные решения.

Наши ожидания:

  • стаж в разработке python/iOS/Android от 5 лет;
  • опыт управления кроссфункциональной командой от 1 года;
  • опыт проектирования сложных приложений и их поддержки;
  • опыт в хорошей инженерной культуре - знаете как оценить эффективность сотрудника и эффективность команды;
  • продуктовый подход - следите за продуктовыми метриками, и понимаете, зачем это нужно.
