Reviews, verifies, and processes expense claims while ensuring compliance with rules for employee expenses. Prepares weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for review. Provides audit support as needed.\nAbout Your Job:\nAccurately record all plant financial transactions, including revenue, expenses, and general journal entries. 30%\nPrepare and analyze monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. 20%\nReceive and record vendor invoices in the payment processing system. 10%\nProcess and execute tax and payroll payments. 10%\nPerform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash activities. 10%\nMaintain and organize accounting records and documentation. 10%\nPrepare and submit DIOT reports and INEGI statistical reports. 10%\nAbout You:\n Education:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nAssociate degree, two year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred\n1 year of experience in Accounting / Finance\nAt Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
