You will utilize data-driven methodologies to optimize manufacturing performance and support new technology implementation.\nThis role offers an opportunity to contribute directly to operational excellence and next-generation semiconductor process development.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain, optimize, and develop diffusion manufacturing processes.\nDrive process capability improvement and achieve SPC/Cpk targets.\nDesign and execute DOE experiments and statistical analyses.\nLead process excursion investigations and wafer failure analysis.\nDevelop and implement yield improvement initiatives.\nLead process optimization and cost reduction projects.\nMaintain process documentation, FMEA, SOPs, and Control Plans.\nSupport capacity expansion and manufacturing excellence programs.\nTrain technicians and operators on process best practices.\nAbout You\nYou are an analytical and hands-on process engineer with a passion for semiconductor manufacturing and continuous improvement. You enjoy using engineering principles and statistical methods to optimize process performance and solve complex production challenges.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.\n5+ years of semiconductor wafer fabrication experience.\nKnowledge of diffusion, oxidation, doping, and related semiconductor fabrication processes.\nStrong understanding of DOE, SPC, and process control methodologies.\nExperience in yield improvement, root cause analysis, and process optimization.\nGood English reading and writing skills.\nKnowledge of quality systems and customer audit requirements.\nStrong project management and communication skills.\nSix Sigma certification is a plus.\nAt Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
