This position combines customer communication, sales coordination, and administrative support, making it a great opportunity for someone with experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, or other customer-facing roles.\nAbout the job:\nSupport customers and distribution partners while working closely with Sales Managers across Eastern Europe to coordinate commercial activities and customer requests.\nPrepare, review, and manage quotations in internal systems.\nMaintain accurate records of opportunities, quotations, and customer activity.\nCoordinate sample requests and other sales administration processes.\nCollect and organize sales data, prepare reports, and assist with business reviews and sales analysis.\nCollaborate closely with sales, marketing, and other internal teams.\nBuild strong working relationships with customers, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders.\nSupport the resolution of customer inquiries and issues by coordinating with the relevant teams.\nAbout you:\nBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, or a related field would be an advantage.\n2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, or a similar role.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills.\nFluency in Lithuanian and strong verbal and written English communication skills.\nGood organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.\nCustomer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.\nComfortable working with people from different countries and cultures.\nThe salary range is €2,100 - €2,300 gross per month, but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.\nAt Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
