Identifies areas where the business is not performing according to plan. Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, business conditions, and other related areas. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information is recorded accurately.\nAbout Your Job:\nCycle counts lead 20%\nMonitor and analyze inventory levels to maintain optimal stock 10%\nMUV & WOs follow up 10%\nIdentify slow-moving, excess, or obsolete inventory and recommend actions. 10%\nPI lead 20%\nDevelop reorder points, safety stock, and economic order quantities 10%\nSupport process improvements to reduce waste and improve accuracy. 10%\nPrepare inventory performance reports for management 10%\nOther duties as assigned.\nAbout You:\nEducation:\nBachelor or university degree, Preferred in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field \nMBA preferred\n\nExperience:\nAt least 3 years of experience in similar position, knowledge of JDE as ERP\nDeep knowledge of financial analysis and planning (FP&A)\nExperience with global manufacturing companies preferred\nAdvanced knowledge in MS Office\nStrong analytical skills\nStrong communication skills\nHigh attention to detail.\nAt Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
