In this role, you will help expand and enhance our analytics platform by integrating new data sources, adding and transforming data to meet evolving business needs, and ensuring information is accessible for reporting and analysis. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand data requirements, design scalable data solutions, and improve the quality and usability of enterprise data. \nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about data, eager to develop technical expertise in data engineering, and ready to grow within a collaborative global team environment.\nThis position offers a hybrid/remote work model, with occasional visits to our Kaunas office, and reports directly to the Business Intelligence Manager.\nAbout the job:\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from multiple source systems \nCollaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions \nSupport the development and enhancement of Power BI datasets and reports \nIdentify opportunities to automate processes and improve data quality, consistency, and management practices \nCreate and maintain technical documentation and use Git for version control and collaboration\nStay current with emerging data engineering technologies, tools, and best practices\nAbout you:\nBachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, or a related field\nUp to 1 year of professional or internship experience related to data engineering, analytics\nBasic understanding of SQL and relational databases\nFamiliarity with ETL/ELT concepts and tools (Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, or similar) \nBasic understanding of Power BI and data visualization principles \nFamiliarity with cloud data platforms (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or similar) is a plus \nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail \nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders \nWell-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines \nQuick learner with a proactive mindset and willingness to explore new technologies\nThe salary range for this position is 2000 EUR gross - 2400 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.\nAt Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
