Assists in determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions. Assists in the design, construction, test, check-out, modification, fabrication and assembly of components. Uses manufacturing, test, development or diagnostic equipment, including, but not limited to, test programs, oscilloscopes, signal generators and specialized test apparatus. Supports engineering activities.\nAbout the job:\nWorks from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and trouble-shooting functions. (65%)\n\nAssist engineers with the design, construction, test, check-out, modification, fabrication and assembly of components (15%)\n\nConducts tests and collects data. (10%)\n\nComplies with all established procedures to ensure safety, equipment and accuracy of results.
