The position ensures preventive and corrective maintenance plans are executed safely and efficiently, specifically in SMT, Conformal Coating, Wave Soldering y Plastic Injection equipment while supporting production goals, quality standards, and continuous.\nAbout Your Job:\nPlan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment and facilities. 30%\nLead and support maintenance technicians in troubleshooting equipment failures and implementing permanent corrective actions. 20%\nMonitor equipment performance, downtime, and maintenance KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement. 15%\nEnsure spare parts availability and maintain maintenance records, databases, and work orders. 10%\nSupport new equipment installations, process improvements, and capital projects. 10%\nEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements. 10%\nDevelop and train maintenance personnel to improve technical skills and performance. 5%\nSecondary Duties / Responsibilities\nParticipate in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects.\nSupport root cause analysis activities for quality and production issues.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.\nAssist in annual budget preparation and expense control.\nAbout You:\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering,\nElectromechanical Engineering, or related field.\nExperience / Skills Requirements\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.\nAt least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.\nStrong knowledge of:\no Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs\no PLC troubleshooting\no Electrical and mechanical systems\no Pneumatics and hydraulics\no Industrial automation\no Root Cause Analysis methodologies\nAbility to read electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings.\nExperience working with CMMS systems.\nLean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge preferred.\nEnglish proficiency (70-80%).\nAt Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
