You will play a key role in maintaining accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs), manufacturing routings, standard costs, and engineering change records to support manufacturing operations, product launches, and continuous improvement.\nIn this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure that product and process data accurately reflects approved manufacturing requirements, while driving data quality, configuration control, and operational excellence.\nAbout the Job:\nManage product and process master data in JD Edwards, including item master records, BOMs, manufacturing routings, work centers, resources, scrap factors, and standard cost inputs.\nCoordinate and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs), ensuring technical accuracy, proper documentation, and effective change control.\nValidate BOMs, routings, operation sequences, standard times, and material consumption against actual manufacturing processes.\nEnsure master data readiness for New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfers, process changes, and end-of-life activities.\nLead root cause analysis and corrective actions for master data discrepancies affecting production, inventory, material planning, costing, and product launches.\nDevelop and maintain data governance standards, procedures, work instructions, templates, and validation rules.\nSupport product costing, annual cost roll-ups, quotations, cost-saving initiatives, and controlled mass data updates.\nDevelop dashboards and KPIs to monitor data accuracy, ECO cycle time, launch readiness, and recurring issues.\nProvide functional support for JD Edwards and coordinate system enhancements with IT and cross-functional teams.\nTrain and support key users on JDE processes, BOM and routing standards, engineering changes, and data quality requirements.\nAbout You:\nBachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience in manufacturing master data, engineering, product industrialization, or related functions.\nMinimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards (JDE).\nPractical knowledge of item master data, BOMs, manufacturing routings, standard costs, scrap factors, ECO/ECN, NPI, and engineering change control.\nAdvanced Excel skills required; Power Query and Power BI experience is a plus.\nKnowledge of APICS/ASCM principles, manufacturing planning and control, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Core Tools is desirable.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.\nAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and drive corrective actions.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to document processes, train users, and influence stakeholders.\nContinuous improvement mindset, strong organizational skills, and a results-oriented approach.\nManufacturing process knowledge and experience working on the production floor are desirable.\nLittelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
