This role focuses on optimizing inventory levels, maintaining strong supplier communication, and driving operational excellence through lean manufacturing practices and compliance with international standards.\nAbout your role\nPlan, control, and manage raw materials and purchasing activities aligned with production requirements and business guidelines.\n\nEnsure material availability on time through continuous coordination with suppliers and production planning.\n\nMonitor and optimize inventory performance, including DIOH reduction, E&O control, and safety stock calculations.\n\nMaintain and update ERP planning parameters (lead times, MOQ) and act on system recommendations to prevent supply chain disruptions.\n\nCollaborate with procurement and cross-functional teams to support supply chain efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.\n\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives, including lean practices and adherence to quality standards (ISO).\n\nAbout you\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nAt least 3 years of experience in materials planning within a manufacturing environment.\n\nStrong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.\n\nEffective communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.\n\nAdvanced or proficient English level.\n\nLittelfuse is an equal opportunity employer committed to empowering every associate to make a difference - everywhere, every day.\n#LI-VPGM\nAt Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
