In this role, you will play a key part in introducing new products into manufacturing and improving existing production processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our manufacturing processes are efficient, reliable, safe, and meet quality standards.\nThis role is based on-site in Kaunas and reports directly to Global Launch Manager.\nAbout the Job:\nDevelop and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials for new and existing products\n\nSupport the successful transfer of new products into commercial production\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies\n\nTroubleshoot process and equipment issues and implement effective solutions\n\nCollaborate with equipment engineers and external suppliers on new equipment, tooling, and materials\n\nCoordinate the installation, calibration, and validation of new equipment and processes\n\nPrepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and quality records\n\nCreate and manage process validation documents, including PFMEAs, validation protocols, and reports\n\nEnsure manufacturing processes comply with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements\n\nAbout You:\nDegree in Engineering field\n\nAt least 2 years of experience in an engineering role\n\nGood understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes\n\nExperience in a global manufacturing company is an advantage\n\nStrong English communication skills\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nGood communication and teamwork skills\n\nHigh attention to detail and a structured approach to work\n\nThe salary range 3500 EUR gross - 4000 EUR gross per month, but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.\nAt Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
