This position serves as a key resource between the NPI and Sustaining Engineering teams, supporting product launches, validation activities, engineering changes, and ongoing production improvements. The role involves working closely with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to ensure successful product implementation and continuous support throughout the product lifecycle.\nAbout Your R ole\nSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) builds, including engineering validation, design validation, production validation, and production readiness activities.\nAssist with sustaining engineering projects by supporting product updates, validations, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPerform component inspections, measurements, testing, and data collection to support engineering evaluations and decision-making.\nCreate and maintain work instructions, visual aids, and manufacturing documentation for pre-production and production processes.\nMaintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), process documentation, and related product records to ensure accuracy and consistency.\nCoordinate engineering samples, materials, prototypes, and test units required for internal and external evaluations.\nSupport engineering change activities and implementation of approved product or process modifications.\nTroubleshoot printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) and provide technical support during manufacturing and validation activities.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions from product development to production.\nAbout You\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.\nMinimum of one year of experience in NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, Sustaining Engineering, or a related technical environment.\nAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.\nExperience troubleshooting and soldering printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).\nFluent in both English and Spanish.\nComfortable working in manufacturing environments involving SMT, PCBA, Sub-Assembly, and Final Assembly processes.\nStrong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and support cross-functional engineering activities.\nPreferred Qualificatio ns\nKnowledge of Engineering Change Request (ECR) and Engineering Change Notice (ECN) processes.\nExperience using SAP or similar ERP/PLM systems.\nFamiliarity with BOM management and manufacturing documentation systems.\nLittelfuse is an equal opportunity employer committed to empowering every associate to make a difference - everywhere, every day.\n#LI-VPGM\nAt Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
