In this role, you will work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure material availability, resolve pricing discrepancies, support engineering changes, and maintain supply continuity to support plant operations.\nAbout the Job:\nMonitor supplier delivery performance (OTD) and proactively follow up on late shipments to ensure timely material availability and uninterrupted production.\nCreate and maintain supplier master records, purchasing info records, and pricing conditions in SAP, ensuring purchasing data accuracy and processing supplier price changes.\nAnalyze and resolve blocked invoices caused by pricing discrepancies, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to support timely supplier payments.\nRequest, collect, and analyze supplier quotations for new and existing part numbers, prepare cost comparisons, and support Procurement Leads in sourcing decisions.\nCoordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to support engineering changes and plant requirements.\nTrack supplier quality incidents and corrective actions, collaborating with Quality and Engineering teams to support supplier performance improvement initiatives.\nAbout You:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.\nAt least 2 years of experience in Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.\nExperience building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nKnowledge of supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and contract management.\nStrong analytical, communication, and project management skills.\nProficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP is highly desirable.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English.\nProactive team player with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\nLittelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
