Guided by our principles We Care, We Succeed With Our Customers, and We Own the Outcome, we work collaboratively, think boldly, and deliver solutions that move industries forward.\nTo provide technical support on processes, design, and quality measures for a specific product.\nAbout the job:\nProvide technical and test support for products and processes to PM, Sales, and Customers: product electrical and dimensional specifications, process control plan, ETR, and 3D drawings.\nEnsure product compliance with certification requirements such as UL, EAC, KC Marking, CSA, PSE, BASEEFA, CCC & CQC.\nInitiate submission of Rel Samples, monitor their performance, and implement improvement actions in case failures are encountered or there is drift in the product performance.\nSupport new product development projects and compliance with NPPD 5-Phase requirement. With capability to lead level 3 product development - extension projects\nLead projects and activities related to material supplier quality and availability: SPCN, SSQF and PCCM compliance.\nProvides design input, validation plan, prototypes/testing, PCCM ECR, drawings, datasheet, and FMEA updates. Ensures proper documentation of technical documents for assigned product.\nCoordinates with relevant departments on testing, process, and yield improvement \nAbout you:\nGraduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering\nAt least 3 yrs work experience in an electronics / automotive manufacturing company\nTechnical knowledge and material science knowledge preferred\nWell-versed in statistical tools and software like Minitab\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nSix Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage\n#LF_FE1\nAt Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
