Lead and direct all activities of cross functional team even where little to no authority exists. Influence product price and monitor financial metrics to improve earnings.\nAbout the Job\nTo program manage new projects from customer award to completion of Phase 5 of the NP&PD process, coordinating the efforts of the cross-functional project team including managing the non-commercial interface with the customer\nMonitor and control the compliance to requirements (time, cost, quality) and risk of assigned projects and report back to the management team (eg status/KPIs etc…)\nCoordinate APQP activities and lead Phase Review activities/presentation through the NP&PD / NTD processes\nIn conjunction with other team members devise preventative and corrective action plans where necessary including acting as a first point of escalation for direct reports and/or dotted line reports\nLead, manage and develop assigned (dotted line) Project Management team with:\n* Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring;\n* Set objectives and drive team towards achievement of Littelfuse/Business Unit goals.\nAbout You\nEducation: MS or equivalent in Engineering or Business; Mechatronics Engineer or equivalent. Automotive Engineering Degree; \nMinimum 5 years Engineering or Program Management experience ideally within the automotive industry\nStrong communication and writing skills\nFluent in English\nProficiency in one or more of the following languages an advantage: German; French; Italian; Korean; Japanese\nAutomotive OEM’s and/or Tier 1 customer interface experience required\nExperience with APQP for managing projects\nProduct design experience for fuses and boxes\nProblem Solving Techniques (8D, Six Sigma, etc…)\nPMP Certification or equivalent are an advantage.\nMS Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint/Project/Word/Visio etc…)\nAt Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
