In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, assess candidates, and present qualified talent while ensuring alignment with global compensation guidelines. You will also build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, maintain accurate recruitment documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Talent Acquisition function.\nAbout the Job:\nIdentify and attract qualified candidates through diverse sourcing strategies and recruitment channels to meet current and future hiring needs.\nConduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, competencies, and cultural fit.\nPresent qualified candidates to hiring managers, providing comprehensive overviews of their skills, experience, and alignment with position requirements.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, align recruitment strategies with business objectives, and provide consultative guidance throughout the selection process.\nCoordinate and negotiate offer packages, ensuring alignment with candidate expectations and global compensation guidelines.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers by providing personalized support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.\nManage recruitment documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and proper recordkeeping throughout all recruitment stages.\nMonitor and analyze recruitment data and reports to identify opportunities for process optimization and improved hiring effectiveness.\nCollaborate with fellow recruiters and stakeholders to optimize recruitment tools, processes, and best practices.\nParticipate in global and regional Talent Acquisition projects and strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement.\nEnsure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and recruitment procedures while promoting Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB).\nLocation: Hybrid - Matehuala, San Luis Potosí, Mexico.\nAbout You:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nExperience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and selection processes.\nStrong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methodologies.\nProficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.\nAbility to strategically identify, attract, and engage top talent through multiple sourcing channels.\nExperience partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.\nKnowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and regulations.\nFamiliarity with labor market trends, industry best practices, and talent acquisition strategies.\nExperience using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).\nStrong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously while delivering results within established timelines.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate and confidential recruitment documentation.\nBusiness acumen and understanding of organizational structures, career paths, products, and market positioning.\nCommitment to Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) throughout the recruitment process.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.\nEnglish proficiency required.\nLittelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
