The role combines extensive hands-on testing activities with increasing technical responsibility for troubleshooting, data review, standards understanding, and execution of complex test requests. The role operates within the Reliability Testing Chapter and collaborates closely with the local laboratory organization and relevant cross-functional stakeholders.\nAbout the Position:\nExecute complete qualification and reliability test requests independently\n\nPrepare, set up, start, monitor, and complete complex reliability tests\n\nPerform advanced measurements and data collection activities\n\nPlan resources, schedules, equipment allocation, and execution activities for assigned test requests\n\nReview test requirements and ensure proper execution\n\nCreate, modify, and maintain measurement programs\n\nReview and approve measurement programs created by technicians\n\nSupport troubleshooting of test setups, equipment, and execution-related issues\n\nDevelop understanding of reliability standards, qualification requirements, and stress methods\n\nDevelop understanding of reliability-related failure mechanisms\n\nParticipate in investigations related to test deviations and abnormal behavior\n\nSupport technical discussions with requestors and laboratory stakeholders\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of laboratory execution practices\n\nAbout You:\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or comparable\n\n1-3+ years of experience in reliability testing, semiconductor testing, quality, manufacturing engineering, or laboratory operations preferred\n\nUnderstanding of reliability testing principles and qualification methodologies\n\nUnderstanding of laboratory measurement systems and execution practices\n\nWillingness to develop expertise in reliability standards and failure mechanisms\n\nStrong analytical and organizational skills\n\nGood English skills\n\nAt Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
