This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career cybersecurity professional who is passionate about threat detection, incident investigation, and protecting a global manufacturing organization from evolving cyber threats.\nAbout the job:\nMonitoring and triaging alerts from security platforms, including SIEM, endpoint protection, identity, cloud, email, and network security tools.\n\nInvestigating suspicious activities, analyzing security events, and documenting findings.\n\nSupporting incident response activities, including containment, recovery, and post-incident follow-up.\n\nCollaborating with managed security service providers and internal IT teams to resolve security issues.\n\nConducting threat intelligence research and assisting with vulnerability management activities.\n\nContributing to the improvement of security procedures, playbooks, and detection capabilities.\n\nLeveraging AI and automation tools responsibly to enhance security operations and investigation efficiency.\n\nAbout you:\nBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n1-2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, IT security, incident response, or a related technical role.\n\nUnderstanding of cybersecurity principles, attack techniques, and security monitoring practices.\n\nExperience reviewing security alerts, logs, and investigating potential threats.\n\nFamiliarity with SIEM, EDR/XDR, identity security, email security, vulnerability management, and case management platforms.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nExcellent written and spoken English.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting a manufacturing or industrial environment.\n\nExposure to Microsoft security technologies such as Entra ID, Defender, Intune, or Purview.\n\nFamiliarity with security frameworks such as NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, or CIS Controls.\n\nRelevant certifications such as Security+, CySA+, Microsoft Security Operations Analyst, or equivalent.\n\nAt Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
