This role supports continuous improvement initiatives, coordinates internal and external audits, manages controlled documentation, and promotes quality awareness across the organization to ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.\nAbout Your Job:\nCoordinate and track corrective and preventive actions resulting from internal, external, and customer audits through closure.\n\nMaintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System in compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements.\n\nPlan, execute, and coordinate internal quality audits.\n\nSupport Management Review activities by collecting, analyzing, and presenting quality system performance metrics.\n\nControl and maintain quality system documentation, procedures, work instructions, and records.\n\nEnsure document control processes are properly implemented and followed throughout the organization.\n\nCoordinate quality-related training and promote awareness of quality system requirements.\n\nPartner with functional leaders to ensure compliance with quality processes and standards.\n\nSupport certification, surveillance, customer, and regulatory audits.\n\nFacilitate continuous improvement activities using quality tools and problem-solving methodologies.\n\nMonitor quality system performance indicators and recommend improvement actions.\n\nAbout You:\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field.\n\n2+ years of experience in Quality Systems, Quality Assurance, or manufacturing environments.\n\nWorking knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.\n\nUnderstanding of Core Tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.\n\nExperience with problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Action processes.\n\nStrong document control and quality system administration experience.\n\nKnowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and quality management principles.\n\nAbility to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive quality initiatives.\n\nStrong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.\n\nFluent English (written, verbal, and reading).\n\nSelf-directed with a continuous improvement mindset.\n\nAt Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
