You will partner with hiring managers and HR Partners across Europe, support candidates throughout the hiring journey, and manage recruitment in line with Littelfuse global Talent Acquisition processes and policies.\nAbout the Job:\nManage the full recruitment process for positions in Lithuania and other European countries.\nWork with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and identify suitable candidates.\nSource, interview, and present qualified candidates, providing clear feedback and recommendations.\nKeep candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the process.\nSupport the preparation and discussion of job offers.\nMaintain accurate recruitment data and follow local requirements and company guidelines.\nBuild strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR Partners.\nLead the internship program across Europe and act as the main contact for hiring managers and HR Partners.\nSupport improvements to recruitment processes and contribute to regional and global Talent Acquisition projects.\nAbout You:\nA university degree and at least 3 years of recruitment experience.\nProven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.\nStrong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.\nExperience hiring for manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nComfortable working with hiring managers and candidates across Europe.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExperience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools; Workday experience is an advantage.\nFluent English, both written and spoken.\nThe salary range for this position is 36000-41000 EUR gross per year + bonus.
