Guided by our principles We Care, We Succeed With Our Customers, and We Own the Outcome, we work collaboratively, think boldly, and deliver solutions that move industries forward.\nThe Treasury Supervisor for Littelfuse Mexico is responsible for managing and overseeing Cash flow forecasting for all Littelfuse Mexico Entities, liquidity, funding, and relationships with Mexico Financial Institutes.\nThis position will report directly to the Shared Service Manager, Littelfuse, México.\nAbout Your Job:\nAdminister all bank accounts, US, Maquiladora & Non - Maquiladora Entities. including new accounts, new signers and maintain clear records internally.\nMonitoring & Managing Bank Reconciliations and liquidity managements for US and Mexican Bank accounts.\nCash Management for Maquiladora and Non - Maquiladora legal entities.\nWorking closely with the business to minimize financial risk.\nReviewing funding needs, monthly reporting of all treasury activities to senior management\nAnalyzing and performing appropriate hedging and funding activities\nManaging treasury operations and controls (cash pooling)\nManaging banking relationships and managing KYC process.\nDriving treasury-specific projects/initiatives across the region\nMonitoring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirement\nControl of Intercompany transactions within US & Mexican Entities.\nDaily Cash Management.\nSupport Month end Closing with Banks & Accounts Reconciliations\nReview & Maintain Kyriba and other data compliances information.\nManaging Payable Cash flow for different Legal entities.\nAbout You:\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.\nExperience in managing the treasury function as well as experience in treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cash flow and various financial instruments.\nKnowledge of the Accounting Principles and Procedures.\nExperience with General Ledger Functions and the month end / Year end close process.\n3+ experience with manufacturing companies in positions with responsibility in areas such as Accounting, Accounts Payable, Treasury & Accounts Receivable.\nWell Understanding of the Mexico Tax Law and Cash Regulations.
