You will report directly to the Programmatic Manager and provide hands-on experience with programmatic ad servers and SSPs is essential, ideally in CTV or FAST. As part of the ad team you’ll help develop our ad proposition and help run our ad stack, including the technical set-up with our supply and demand partners, to ensure our tech is optimised and compliant with our policies. Plus all the usuals such as pension contributions, annual leave and office perks like free lunches, socials, and health treatments!\nHOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME\nWorking with the Programmatic team, planning and supporting the day-to-day running of our programmatic ad stack.\n\nEnsuring all the correct values are being passed to the demand partners from the various channels.\n\nMonitoring demand partner performance and optimising integrations to make the best use of our inventory.\n\nSupporting demand partner management: monitoring partner performance, managing integrations and onboarding, and acting as day-to-day technical contact for SSPs.\n\nAiding the team in bringing in new demand partners.\n\nRemaining up to date with current developments in the programmatic space ensuring Little Dot Studios stays ahead of any industry trends and changes within the CTV space\n\nConducting regular technical check-ins with SSP partners and technical onboarding of new demand / new supply.\n\nProviding regular reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement in collaboration with Sales, Product and Operations\n\nSupplying analysis of performance and trends across the ad stack, or by particular supply or demand partner.\n\nSetting up and QA supply tags, ad pods and endpoints, and monitoring fill rate, bid rate and latency daily.\n\nWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED\nSkills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.\nHands-on experience with a programmatic ad server (for example SpringServe, Publica or Google Ad Manager) and SSPs (for example Magnite, OpenX, Nexxen).\n\nGood technical skills and troubleshooting mentality (for example on VAST tags and bid requests).\n\nStrong analytical and numerical skills.\n\nAble to pick up new information and technology quickly.\n\nSelf motivated with ability to plan and manage own time and coordinate delivery with colleagues.\n\nGood interpersonal skills.\n\nLITTLE DOT, BIG IMPACT\nWe’re probably the biggest studio you didn’t know was fuelling your favourite content.
