You’ll work across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Content, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to manage dependencies, remove blockers, and continuously improve how work gets delivered across our MENA organization.\nYour Responsibilities:\nDrive end-to-end delivery of strategic and technical initiatives across multiple teams, from planning and requirements through execution, release, and reporting.\nDevelop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, timelines, and release schedules while providing clear visibility into overall execution health.\nCoordinate closely across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Content, and business teams to keep priorities aligned and work moving forward.\nIdentify and manage cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, and blockers, proactively driving resolution or escalating issues when needed.\nFacilitate effective planning and delivery practices across teams, including Agile ceremonies and other working cadences that support transparent and predictable execution.\nCoordinate complex initiatives that span multiple teams, stakeholders, and priorities.\nEstablish and continuously improve delivery practices, including planning, risk management, release readiness, and reporting.\nPrepare clear delivery updates, dashboards, and executive-level reporting that communicate progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, mitigation plans, and delivery confidence.\nServe as a central point of coordination for strategic initiatives across Little Thinking Minds, the broader MENA organization, and global Seesaw stakeholders.\nUse delivery data and insights to identify bottlenecks, improve planning accuracy, and increase execution efficiency and predictability.\nPartner with leaders and teams to continuously improve how we plan, communicate, and deliver work.\nRequirements:\n4+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, delivery management, or a similar role, ideally within a software, technology, or digital product environment.\nHands-on experience managing projects or programs from planning through execution and release, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and reporting.\nExperience working closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and other cross-functional teams to coordinate delivery, align priorities, and resolve blockers.\nWorking knowledge of Agile delivery practices, with experience participating in or facilitating planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, or similar team ceremonies.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams, build alignment, and drive progress without direct authority.\nStrong communication and reporting skills, including the ability to synthesize complex delivery information into clear updates, risks, and recommendations for leaders and other stakeholders.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and bring structure and clarity to an evolving environment.\n Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both regional and global
