You’ll be a visible leader on the sales floor, setting the\ntone for a positive, energetic, and welcoming environment for both guests and employees.\nResponsibilities:\nPartner with the Store Manager to lead, motivate, coach, and develop the store team.\nProvide feedback and support to team members while helping create a positive, high-energy team culture.\n\nLead by example on the sales floor and deliver an exceptional guest experience.\nSupport store sales goals and monitor key performance metrics to help drive results.\nOpen and close the store independently and support daily store operations.\nAssist with inventory management, merchandising, product launches, and maintainingbrand standards.\n\nHelp resolve guest concerns and employee issues in a professional and solutions-oriented manner.\n\nSupport in-store events, bead bar appointments, community activations, and otherinitiatives that drive guest engagement.\n\nStep in as the acting Store Manager when needed\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and cash-handling requirements.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n4+ years of retail leadership or management experience with demonstrated experiencecoaching and developing team members.\n\nStrong people leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.\nHigh-energy, positive, and proactive leadership style.\nStrong guest service and communication skills.\nComfortable making decisions, solving problems, and taking initiative.\nAbility to work independently while partnering effectively with the Store Manager.\nAbility to work weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule based on business needs.\nPassion for kindness, positivity, and creating meaningful connections with guests andteam members.\n\nNice to Have:\nPrevious Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager experience.\nExperience with retail sales metrics and performance management.\nExperience with inventory management and visual merchandising.\nExperience supporting retail events, community activations, or social media.\nExperience with POS systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.\nWho You Are:\nYou’re an energetic people leader who loves retail and brings positivity to the sales floor.
