If you’re a people-focused leader who loves retail, community, and a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing store team.\nCreate a welcoming, positive, and inclusive store culture.\nDrive sales and guest engagement through exceptional service, clienteling, and CRM strategies.\nMonitor key sales metrics, including conversion, UPT, and AOV, and coach the team to achieve goals.\nBring the Little Words Project brand to life through visual merchandising, product launches, events, and community activations.\nOversee inventory, replenishment, POS, cash handling, opening/closing, and other daily store operations.\nLead bead bar appointments, custom orders, parties, and special guest experiences.\nMaintain a clean, organized, safe, and on-brand store.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures while adapting to the needs of a new and growing location.\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of retail management experience.\nExperience hiring, scheduling, coaching, and developing employees.\nStrong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.\nExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.\nA passion for kindness, positivity, community, and creating meaningful guest experiences.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience opening a new retail store or launching a new location.\nExperience with CRM/clienteling tools; Endear experience is a plus.\nExperience with NetSuite or other inventory/ERP systems.\nBackground in specialty retail, fashion, accessories, jewelry, or lifestyle brands.\nExperience with visual merchandising, events, community partnerships, or social media.\nWhy Join Us?\nBe part of something new.
