The role ensures agreed outcomes are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards, while maintaining a strong customer experience and robust governance.\nThe role combines established project management disciplines with Agile delivery practices. The postholder will lead planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk and issue management, financial control and resource coordination, while facilitate Scrum ceremonies and enable high-performing delivery teams where an Agile or hybrid approach is appropriate. The Role and What You’ll Be Getting Up to On A Day-To-Day Basis\nProject Delivery\nLead projects from initiation and mobilisation through to closure and benefits realisation.\nDefine and manage project scope, deliverables, milestones, budgets and success criteria.\nCreate and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs and governance documentation.\nProactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.\nProvide accurate and timely reporting to customers, stakeholders and governance forums.\nCoordinate successful transition into operational support and business-as-usual teams.\nAgile Delivery & Scrum Master Responsibilities\nAct as Scrum Master for Agile and hybrid delivery teams.\nFacilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives and backlog refinement sessions.\nSupport Product Owners in developing and managing prioritised backlogs.\nRemove delivery impediments and help teams maintain momentum.\nCoach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.\nDrive collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement across delivery teams.\nTrack delivery progress through sprint metrics and Agile reporting.\nStakeholder & Customer Management\nBuild strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nLead project kick-offs, workshops, planning sessions and governance meetings.\nManage expectations through clear and effective communication.\nEscalate key risks, issues and decisions in a timely manner.\nRepresent Littlefish professionally throughout the customer engagement lifecycle.\nGovernance, PMO & Continuous Improvement\nEnsure compliance with Littlefish PMO standards, methodologies and governance frameworks.\nMaintain accurate project documentation and decision records.\nSupport portfolio planning, resource forecasting and utilisation tracking.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates and delivery standards.\nPromote knowledge sharing, lessons learned and best practice adoption.\nCommercial & Financial Management\nManage project budgets, forecasts and project financial performance.\nMonitor utilisation, profitability and effort consumption.\nIdentify and mitigate commercial risks including scope creep and resource constraints.\nSupport pre-sales activities including estimation, scope reviews and mobilisation planning.\nApply effective change control throughout project delivery.\nKey Competencies:\nLeadership & Accountability -
