This is an opportunity to be part of a Finance team that is evolving beyond traditional accounting processes to become a trusted, collaborative partner across the firm.\nWhat You'll Do:\nBe a Trusted Business Partner\nBuild strong relationships with Project Managers and Studio Principals, providing financial insights that support informed decisions.\nProactively identify project risks and opportunities, bringing solutions rather than simply reporting problems.\nHelp project teams understand revenue, costs, direct labor multiplier, profitability, work-in-progress, and forecasts through guidance and training.\nDrive Project Financial Performance\nManage project setup, contracts, revenue recognition, subconsultant management, and ongoing project maintenance.\nMonitor project performance, including plan-vs-actual results, estimates at completion, and profitability.\nPartner with project teams to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and collections.\nEmbrace Technology and Continuous Improvement\nLeverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 and reporting tools to deliver accurate, actionable financial information.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and embrace automation.\nChampion new ways of working by sharing ideas, collaborating, and helping colleagues adapt to change.\nBe an Engaged Member of Little\nActively participate in your local office and the broader Little community.\nBuild relationships beyond Finance and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.\nBring curiosity, initiative, and a team-first mindset to your work every day.\nWhat We're Looking For: The Right Mindset\nWe believe how you approach your work is just as important as your technical experience.
