Experience should include most of the following project types: civic/government, financial services, retail, high tech/R&D, healthcare, office, interior renovation, higher education, and/or education projects.\nA position you’ll love:\nServe as the structural lead on projects, managing scope, schedule, and deliverables.\nCoordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and clients.\nConduct design reviews and provide guidance to junior engineers and drafters.\nParticipate in project planning, budgeting, and risk assessments.\nUsing your passion for innovative design, problem-solving, and critical thinking.\nGrowth opportunities\nA candidate we’ll love:\nYou are curious and creative, have a passion for problem-solving and critical thinking, and able to collaborate in a team setting.\nBachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s a plus);\n8+ years of professional experience.\nProfessional Licensure.\nStrong proficiency with Revit.\nMaintain technical competence by staying current on appropriate codes and technologies.\nThorough understanding of advanced engineering principles and calculations.\nStrong knowledge of construction documentation, specifications, and construction administration.\nFamiliarity with Design Software (RAM, RISA 3D, ADAPT-Builder, Enercalc)\nYou are curious and creative, have a passion for problem-solving and critical thinking, and able to collaborate in a team setting\nPassion for sustainability (LEED Accredited a plus); and\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nLittle is made up of Architects, Mechanical, Electrical and Structural Engineers, Land Planners, Landscape Architects & Civil Engineers, Interior Designers, Graphic Designers, CAFM & Strategic Planners and Digital Imaging and Animation specialists.
