He/She will support the local commercial operations activities such as demand, supply, order management, logistics, tender management and customer service support.\nMajor Accountabilities\nLogistics & Customer Service Assistance\n1) Sales order management\na. PO processing, order status tracking, delivery status, invoice follow-ups and POD support\nb. Coordinate with 3PL/4PL partner and Bumi agents\nc. Supporting for consignment document\nd. Credits notes to be completed in a timely manner\n2) Tender support and Management\na. Internal documents coordination - LOA, LOU, MD MDR cert filing and etc.\nb. Coordinate with Bumi agents\n3) FOC 3rd Party vendor support sales\na. MDM registration, Purchase Requisition submission and follow through until complete approval\nb. Issuance of PO\nc. Payment request\nd. Tax invoice follow-up, submission to the correct Account Payable and request of remittance slip\n4) Complaint Reporting Management per SOP and arrange unit return.\nOperation\n1) Credit note tracking report\n2) Write off record report\n3) Send / receive document, manage filing, scan, courier\n4) Office Management\n5) Invoices tracking, filing and management\n6) Stock take as required - cycle counts and consignment/boot stock\nEngineer service support\n1) Invoice report\n2) Cheque report/ Deposit with Bank\n3) Customer PO filing\n4) Update services maintenance\n5) Follow up bank guarantee\n6) Deposit cheque\n7) PPM schedule update (Warranty and post warranty tracking)\nCommercial activity support for Sales and Marketing\n1) Participate in demand planning process and activities\n2) Quotation after confirmed item code and pricing by TM/Sales\n3) DO (consigned items)\n4) POD follow up\n5) E-invoice Request\n6) Maintain cleanliness of CAPEX equipments: CAPEX loaner agreement preparation, upload the signed agreement to Box/OneDrive (filing), work with Regional CS to transfer account (in system)\n7) Marketing event support in documentation and logistics arrangements for customers.\n8) Maintain traceability of RTV samples and demo\n9) Create MDM and submit invoices to the correct Account Payable.\n10) Assist in local government online filing requirement\n11) Assist/provide necessary supporting documents as per request in annual statutory and tax audit.\nFollow LivaNova Policy and Procedures\nKey performance indicators/ Measures of success\nEnsure timely sales & operations activities for business in Malaysia;\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders successfully to resolve challenges and constraints which may arise related to a customer related request;\nAssist country and regional leadership to achieve business and financial goals and objectives including monthly/quarterly/annual sales, operating income, and local inventory levels.\nMeet end-customer requirements, including product availability, on-time delivery, and adhere to importation requirements and capacity in the supply chain to deliver that performance in a responsive manner;\nIdeal Background\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.\nLanguages\nEnglish: Fluent\nExperience/Professional requirement\n3-8 years’ experience in Demand, Supply, Logistics, Order Management and Customer Service;\nAny industry experience relevant to major accountabilities;\nKnowledge of healthcare compliance topics;\nCustomer service mindset\nHigh analytical skills with ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve;\nGreat interpersonal and communication (verbal and writing) skills;\nExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel;\nSelf-motivated, critical thinker, problem-solving attitude, quick in action, good team player\nGood time-management skills.\nWelcome to impact.
