Join our talented team members worldwide to become a pioneer of tomorrow-because at LivaNova, we don’t just treat conditions - we aspire to alter the course of lives.\nJoin LivaNova as a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona, where you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and reliable customer experience across our Cardiopulmonary and Neuromodulation businesses in Spain.\nAs part of a small, collaborative team, you will manage the end-to-end order process, support customers and field Sales Representatives, and work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient order execution and high-quality service.\nResponsibilities\nManage the end-to-end order process, including quotation preparation, order review, order entry and follow-up, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements.\nRespond to customer enquiries before and after the sale, providing information on products, references, availability and order status through email, telephone and other communication channels.\nMonitor deliveries and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve order issues, customer complaints and transport damages.\nManage customer invoicing and related administrative activities, including the issuance of credit notes.\nProvide day-to-day support to field Sales Representatives, helping them respond to customer needs and ensuring effective communication between customers and internal teams.\nCollaborate closely with departments such as Finance, Credit Control and Marketing to address customer requests, follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate operational activities.\nSupport the monitoring of local warehouses and consignment or trunk stock activities, in collaboration with the teams responsible for these processes.\nPrepare and coordinate the shipment of products and materials when required, supporting the operational needs of the business.\nYour Profile\n3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, order management or a similar customer-facing administrative role.\nStrong customer orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both external customers and internal stakeholders.\nExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.\nA proactive, adaptable and resilient mindset, with a strong team spirit and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.\nFluent in Spanish and English is essential. Ability to understand Catalan are important for supporting customers in Spain.
