Join our talented team members worldwide to become a pioneer of tomorrow-because at LivaNova, we don’t just treat conditions - we aspire to alter the course of lives.\nPosition Summary:\nThis position will report to a Sr. Manager or Director of Internal Audit and will be responsible for conducting audits and related activities in accordance with an annual audit plan prepared by the VP of Internal Audit and approved by the LivaNova Audit Committee.\nGeneral Responsibilities:\nAssists and supports the organization in complying with, as well as the ongoing preparation, testing and monitoring of conformance to, the requirements of government regulations and/or regulatory agencies.\nPerforms evaluation of internal operations, controls, communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation as related to regulatory compliance and recommends appropriate changes.\nConducts and facilitates internal and external audits to identify, evaluate, disclose and appropriately remedy risks and deficiencies.\nCoordinates the preparation of and may prepare document packages for regulatory submissions from all areas of company as well as for internal and external audits and inspections.\nMay serve as point of contact for interactions with regulatory agencies for defined matters.\nSkills and Experience:\nThree to five years in public accounting or in an internal audit role with exposure to U.S. listed companies\nMastery of the English language and excellent oral and written communication skills\nPrefer CIA or CPA or equivalent certifications\nExperience in analyzing and evaluating internal controls and operational systems\nExperience with developing data analytics programs in an audit environment (Through Power BI, or data analytics tools.)\nSolid knowledge of U.S. GAAP\nKnowledge of AuditBoard and SAP is a plus\nExperience in a manufacturing and/or regulatory environment is a plus\nInternational mindset and cross-cultural working attitude\nEducation:\nBBA/BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or a Related Field\nPay Transparency: $100,000-$110,000 + Annual Bonus Incentive\nTravel Requirements: \nThis position requires business travel of up to 10%.\nValuing different backgrounds:\nLivaNova values equality and diversity.
