In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruiting for commercial and other business-critical positions that enable new product launches, market entry, product adoption, and rapid growth across LivaNova. You will partner closely with leaders to build the talent required to commercialize innovative therapies and scale the business successfully.\nYou will thrive in this role if you can anticipate talent needs, build pipelines before hiring demand peaks, and advise leaders on how to compete for specialized commercial talent in the medical device and healthcare markets.\nWhat You'll Deliver\nCommercial Talent Acquisition & Growth Hiring\nLead end-to-end recruiting for select sales, marketing, clinical, market access, and commercial leadership roles tied to product launches and market expansion\nTranslate commercialization plans, launch timelines, and growth targets into practical workforce and recruiting strategies\nBuild talent pipelines ahead of demand for specialized and hard-to-fill positions\nMap and engage passive talent across medical device, MedTech, life sciences, and healthcare markets\nDeliver high-quality candidate slates at the pace required for launch readiness and commercial scale-up\nBusiness Partnership & Talent Strategy\nPartner with business leaders to define the capabilities, experience, and timing needed to support commercialization\nProvide market intelligence on talent availability, competitor hiring, location strategy, and compensation considerations\nUse data and external insight to challenge assumptions, shape role requirements, and improve hiring decisions\nCreate a strong, high-touch experience for candidates and hiring leaders throughout the process\nOperational Excellence\nManage a broad portfolio of searches with clear priorities, disciplined follow-through, and strong attention to launch timelines\nTrack and share recruiting progress, pipeline health, risks, and hiring outcomes to support fast, informed decisions\nDevelop creative sourcing approaches and adjust quickly when market conditions or business needs change\nExperience & Background\n7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment\nDemonstrated success recruiting commercial talent for product launches, market entry, or rapid scale-up in medical device, MedTech, life sciences, healthcare, or a related industry\nStrong understanding of the talent required to build and expand sales, marketing, clinical, market access, and commercial leadership teams\nAdvanced direct sourcing, talent mapping, and passive-candidate engagement capabilities\nCredibility with senior leaders and the ability to influence role design, hiring strategy, and selection decisions\nExperience with Workday or a comparable applicant tracking system\nBachelor's degree preferred\n\nValuing different backgrounds:\nLivaNova values equality and diversity.
