Join our talented team members worldwide to become a pioneer of tomorrow-because at LivaNova, we don’t just treat conditions - we aspire to alter the course of lives.\nDans le cadre du développement de nos activités en Afrique de Francophone, nous recherchons un(e) Territory Manager pour piloter notre stratégie commerciale et soutenir la croissance de nos activités dans la région.\nIl s'agit d'un poste stratégique et opérationnel, offrant une forte autonomie et une réelle visibilité au sein d'un environnement international.\n Vos missions\nAtteindre les objectifs de vente (commandes, chiffre d'affaires, marge et satisfaction clients).\n\nPiloter l'ensemble des opérations locales et assurer la performance financière de votre périmètre.\n\nDéployer la stratégie commerciale de LivaNova et identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance.\n\nCollaborer étroitement avec les équipes Sales, Marketing et Operations afin d'assurer un alignement des priorités.\n\nDévelopper et animer le réseau de distributeurs et partenaires locaux.\n\nGérer les relations avec les autorités locales, les institutions gouvernementales et les leaders d'opinion (KOLs).\n\nAnalyser les dynamiques de marché et la concurrence afin de proposer des actions de développement adaptées.\n\nProduire des reportings réguliers sur la performance de l'activité.\n\nGarantir le respect des politiques de conformité et des standards éthiques de LivaNova.\n\nVotre profil\nExpérience significative dans une fonction commerciale et/ou de management sur des marchés internationaux.\n\nBonne connaissance de l'environnement pharmaceutique ou des dispositifs médicaux.\n\nForte capacité à définir et exécuter une stratégie de croissance.\n\nExcellentes compétences relationnelles et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement matriciel et multiculturel.\n\nSolides compétences analytiques et orientation résultats.\n\nSens du leadership, autonomie et capacité à influencer différents interlocuteurs.\n\nExcellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.\n\nConnaissance approfondie des marchés locaux d'Afrique Francophone\n\nDisponibilité pour de nombreux déplacements au sein de la région.\n\nWelcome to impact.
