Accountabilities\nPMO Governance & Framework Ownership\nImplement and maintain IT PMO policies, processes, and governance frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and compliance with best practices.\nStandardize and continuously refine project management methodologies, templates, tools, and documentation processes (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).\nConduct periodic project audits, health checks, and quality reviews to ensure adherence to PMO standards.\nPortfolio & Program Management\nOversee end-to-end project portfolio management, including prioritization, resource planning, financial tracking, and risk identification.\nFacilitate portfolio-level visibility through dashboards, reports, and metrics that support executive decision‑making.\nMonitor and analyze project performance, providing actionable insights, variance analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership.\nDelivery Oversight & Performance Management\nEnsure that all projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting quality expectations.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, transparency, and predictability across all IT projects.\nOptimize resource utilization across projects and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.\nStakeholder Engagement & Collaboration\nServe as a central point of coordination among cross-functional IT and business teams.\nFacilitate effective communication between project managers, delivery teams, leadership, and external partners.\nProvide training, support, mentoring, and coaching to project managers and team members on PMO best practices, tools, and methodologies.\nReporting & Insights\nMaintain and enhance PMO dashboards, metrics, and reporting mechanisms to ensure accurate and timely updates for leadership.\nTrack KPIs and portfolio performance indicators to guide strategic planning and resource allocation.\nDesired Profile\nEducation\nB.Tech/BE/MCA/MBA/MTech- Computer Science/IT\nExperience\n15-20 Years\nCertifications\nPMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, ITIL\n\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid models.\nHands-on experience with project management tools such as ServiceNow, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent systems.\nDemonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional projects, programs, and portfolios.\nExcellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and problem-solving
