Java Full Stack Developer

We have an urgent requirement on Java Full Stack with React role with one of our MNC based company in Pune Location.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop end-to-end web applications using Java and React to ensure seamless integration between front-end interfaces and back-end services.

- Lead the design of microservices-based architectures to improve system modularity and performance for large-scale client environments.

- Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to refine technical specifications and ensure alignment with client business objectives.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability across the project lifecycle.

- Optimize database queries and API performance to enhance the overall user experience and system reliability for end-users.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Java/J2EE development, including strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful web services.

- Advanced capability in building responsive, component-based user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript libraries.

- Proven ability to manage complex state and data flow within large-scale front-end applications.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a hybrid consulting environment.

- Extensive experience in designing and deploying cloud-native applications, with a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience in full-stack software development, preferably within a consulting or high-growth product environment.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable institution.
