Job Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in translating complex client requirements into scalable, actionable, and business-aligned technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales Pursuit and Delivery teams, providing solution architecture, technical leadership, and domain expertise throughout the solutioning and project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and refinement of solution architectures based on client requirements and business objectives.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for BlueYonder Order Sequencing.
- Translate business requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pursuit, Delivery, and technical teams to develop compelling and feasible solutions.
- Participate in client discussions, requirement gathering, solution workshops, and technical presentations.
- Provide solutions to complex problems that span multiple teams and systems.
- Lead technical decision-making and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Guide development and delivery teams on architecture, design, and implementation.
- Analyze and optimize order sequencing and fulfillment workflows to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical challenges.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
BlueYonder Expertise :
- Strong hands-on expertise in BlueYonder Order Sequencing.
- Deep understanding of order sequencing concepts and supply chain processes.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable order sequencing solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex workflows and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Experience integrating BlueYonder solutions with enterprise applications and platforms.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment and supply chain environments.
Integration & Technical Skills :
- Experience integrating BlueYonder with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to understand and work across complex integration landscapes.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Ability to identify root causes and provide effective technical solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
Good to Have :
- Experience in A&D (Aerospace & Defense) Aftermarket.
- Knowledge of aftermarket supply chain and fulfillment processes.
- Experience working on large-scale supply chain transformation programs.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management :
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and business decisions.
- Lead architecture discussions and drive alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
- Manage and guide teams toward successful solution delivery.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to business and client stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 12+ years of total professional experience.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in BlueYonder Order Sequencing.
- Strong Solution Architecture experience.
- Proven ability to design scalable and efficient solutions.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience collaborating with Sales Pursuit and Delivery teams.
- 15 years of full-time education is required
