At Uptown Theater, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on!\nTHE JOB\nAs the Night of Show Upsell Supervisor, you are a leader within the venue, committed to providing the highest level of guest experience. You are someone who is unstoppable in delivering the ultimate guest experience.\nIn this role, you are not only responsible for ensuring an amplified guest experience, but also for actively driving sales and developing new team programs with your Upsell team. This position focuses on both customer acquisition and retention, with success measured through revenue generation, team productivity, and overall effectiveness.\nWHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO\nCommunicate with the venue’s core team about staffing, upsell availability and overall execution of upsell programs during the show.\nCommunicate with the box office manager during the day of show to trouble shoot any opportunities that arise with guests, upsell availability or equipment.\nProvide suggestions to venue leadership based on feedback from team and guests during the day of show.
