We thrive in product-driven, tech environments and are comfortable operating close to Product and Sales, where legal input directly shapes real business decisions.\nWhat you'll do\nDraft, review and negotiate SaaS commercial agreements, including MSAs and enterprise contracts\nSupport EU and US privacy compliance in day-to-day operations \nTranslate legal complexity into clear options, trade-offs, and provide business-oriented recommendations that support informed business decisions \nContribute your input to ongoing Legal priorities while operating within a clear strategic Legal team direction\nOwn your matters end-to-end with strong preparation, documentation, and disciplined follow-through\nYou might be a great fit if:\nYou deliver fast, but you think first\nYou are business-oriented and pragmatic\nYou learn from mistakes and don’t repeat them\nYou care deeply about the quality of your work, even when moving fast\nYou care more about getting it right than about being right\nYou have excellent English (written and spoken)\nExperience navigating legal aspects of emerging technologies is highly valued.
