You will support our growth and shape our long-term data strategy and how we work with the space industry.Your challenge\nPlan and order commercial satellite imagery from optical, SAR, thermal and elevation providers.\n\nDevelop data acquisition strategies that balance coverage, quality, timeline and cost.\n\nDesign and coordinate large-scale tasking campaigns.\n\nTranslate customer and product requirements into feasible acquisition plans.\n\nAct as technical contact for satellite data providers and platform partners.\n\nBuild tools and dashboards that support acquisition planning.\n\nKeep documentation on providers, data products and workflows up to date.\n\nCommunicate with internal teams and external partners, acting as technical contact for satellite data providers and internal stakeholders.\n\nYour profile\nDegree in geoinformatics, remote sensing, geodesy, computer science or a related field.\n\nHands-on experience with commercial Earth observation data and satellite tasking.\n\nGood understanding of EO satellite tasking and image products.\n\nStrong Python skills, ideally with geospatial libraries.\n\nSolid knowledge of geospatial data formats and coordinate reference systems.\n\nFamiliarity with STAC and API-based data access.\n\nStructured, detail-oriented way of working.\n\nStrong communication skills and comfort working with internal teams and external partners.\n\nFamiliar with agentic coding.\n\nBusiness-fluent English and German.\n\nExperience with AWS services such as Lambda and S3 is a plus.\n\nBackground in SAR or elevation data products is a plus.\n\nInterest in infrastructure monitoring applications is a plus.\n\nGood understanding of multi-sensor acquisition planning is a plus.\n\nYour Benefits\nThe opportunity to create a product that can improve business processes and lives across the globe.\n\nFlexible working hours and hybrid work model -
