You bring strong experience with both manual and automated testing, communicate clearly with clients and technical peers, and adapt easily across industries, applications, and technical stacks. You are curious about new tools-including AI tools that improve your productivity and the effectiveness of your testing.\nWhat you will be doing\nWork directly with clients to understand business requirements, identify quality risks, and develop effective testing strategies.\n\nDesign, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test plans, test cases, and test scenarios across web, mobile, API, and integrated software systems.\n\nDevelop and maintain automated test suites using modern testing tools and frameworks, including:\nSelenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar automation technologies;\n\nAPI testing tools and frameworks such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar.\n\nPerform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, exploratory, and acceptance testing throughout the software development lifecycle.\n\nIdentify, document, prioritize, and communicate software defects clearly, partnering with engineers to investigate root causes and validate fixes.\n\nBuild scalable automation approaches that improve test coverage, shorten feedback cycles, and reduce repetitive manual testing.\n\nIntegrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tooling such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.\n\nValidate APIs, data integrations, and backend systems using appropriate testing strategies and tools.\n\nCollaborate with software engineers, product managers, designers, and client stakeholders to establish acceptance criteria and advocate for quality throughout the development process.\n\nGain experience across multiple clients and industries, adapting testing strategies to different technical and business environments.\n\nBuild trust with clients and internal teams through strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and execution.\n\nWhy you should apply\nYou want to work with passionate, talented people who are always looking for ways to make things better.\n\nYou value a work environment where kindness, mutual trust, and egoless collaboration are paramount.\n\nYou have a history of keeping promises, doing what is right, and spending energy on what matters.\n\nYou enjoy the variety and growth that comes with consulting for Fortune 1000 companies across industries and technical stacks.\n\nYou want to work on projects that have outsized impact and reach.\n\nYou believe in sweating the details, committing to quality, and taking pride in going the extra mile.\n\nWhat you bring to the table\nWe expect candidates to demonstrate a solid foundation in software quality assurance, hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing, and a keen interest in consulting.\nQuality Engineering: Strong experience designing and executing manual testing strategies, including functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.\n\nTest Automation: Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated tests using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or comparable tools and frameworks.\n\nTechnical Skills: Experience testing APIs and integrated systems and working with technologies such as REST APIs, SQL, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
