To learn more, visit www.liveops.com.\nWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Data Architect (Manager) to lead the design, implementation, and governance of the organization’s enterprise data architecture. This role will initially manage one direct report, with the potential to expand as the data function grows. The Data Architect will partner with business, engineering, and compliance stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and integrated data platforms that enable analytics, reporting, compliance, and business operations. The Data Architect will report directly to the Director, Enterprise Applications & Data.\nThe Qualifications We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent years’ experience). Masters preferred. \n8+ years of progressive experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data management. \nStrong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data stacks (e.g., ELT tools, DBT, Kafka, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift). \nProven leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional data teams. \nStrong understanding of data modeling (OLTP/OLAP), APIs, and system integration. \nFamiliarity with data privacy and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS). \nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \nExperience with AI/ML, predictive analytics, or advanced data science applications. \nProfessional certifications such as CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional), AWS Certified Data Analytics (e.g., Salesforce, CX platforms) and third-party systems. \nEstablish and enforce standards for data quality, metadata management, lineage, and classification. \nPartner with engineering, security, and compliance teams to align data practices with privacy, retention, and access control policies. \nSupport compliance with frameworks and regulations including SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI DSS. \nLead data risk reviews, support vendor onboarding, and ensure audit readiness from a technical standpoint. \nManage and mentor a team of data engineers, analysts, and specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. \nLead, manage, and hold accountable various team members, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development. \nDrive adoption of data best practices and promote a data-driven culture across the organization. \nProvide thought leadership on modern data stacks, cloud data architecture, and advanced analytics. \nLead the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise data platforms. \nEvaluate and implement modern data technologies (ELT tools, DBT, Kafka, cloud-native services) to optimize performance and scalability. \nSupport enterprise analytics, AI/ML use cases, and enterprise-wide data warehousing initiatives. \nEssential Job Functions\nEssential functions are the fundamental,
