If you take pride in precision, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Edibles Production Associate, you'll play a critical role in manufacturing premium cannabis-infused products by:\nPreparing cannabis-infused food and beverage products according to approved recipes, formulations, and production schedules.\nAccurately measuring, weighing, mixing, and portioning ingredients to ensure product consistency and dosage accuracy.\nOperating commercial kitchen and food production equipment, including mixers, depositors, ovens, packaging equipment, and scaling systems.\nFollowing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and cannabis regulatory requirements.\nStaging ingredients, preparing batches, and verifying inventory prior to production runs.\nMonitoring production processes to ensure quality, appearance, texture, flavor, and consistency standards are achieved.\nPackaging, labeling, and preparing finished products in compliance with state regulations and company specifications.\nPerforming routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance of equipment, utensils, and workstations.\nCompleting production logs, batch records, and quality documentation accurately and on time.\nCollaborating with production, quality, and kitchen teams to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMaintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nOpen availability, including evenings and weekends.\nAbility to work shifts starting as early as 8:00 AM.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.\nAbility to follow recipes, SOPs, and production instructions consistently.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.\nAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.\nStrong organizational, communication, and time management skills.\nAbility to pass background check with no violent offenses or drug convictions within the last 10 years \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in commercial kitchens, bakeries, confectionery production, food manufacturing, or culinary operations.\nKnowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and quality standards.\nExperience operating food production or commercial kitchen equipment.\nCannabis industry experience is a plus, but not required.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.\nAbility to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to work in varying production and kitchen environments and temperatures.\nIdeal Backgrounds\nWe encourage applicants with experience in the following roles to apply:\nBaker\nPastry Assistant\nLine Cook\nFood Production Associate\nConfectionery Technician\nCommercial Kitchen Operator\nManufacturing Production Associate\nCulinary Production Specialist\nWhy Join Us?\nCompetitive starting pay of $17.00 per hour, up to $19.00 depending on experience\nOpportunity to enter and grow within the cannabis industry\nHands-on training and career development\nTeam-oriented, collaborative work environment\nBe part of producing innovative, high-quality cannabis products that consumers trust\nDisclaimer:\nParallel reserves the right to change or assign other duties to this job description.
